RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN:
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
• The reason for return must be valid and meet the acceptance conditions listed below.
VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Delivery of the wrong product, color, or model.

Delivery of a defective or damaged product.

Delivery of products with missing parts.

Any problem with the product must be reported on the day of receiving it. No complaint or return will be accepted the next day.

If the "hologram sticker" attached to the product is removed, the product cannot be returned.
VALID REASONS FOR FREE RETURN AND DELIVERY CHARGE:

If the return is due to the delivery of a wrong or defective/damaged product (points 1 and 2 above), Tech Den will bear the return and delivery charges.

For any other reasons or issues related to the product, the buyer must bear the return and new delivery charge.

For products under warranty, the buyer must also bear the return and new delivery charge.
Note: No product is refundable for any reason other than those mentioned above.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Damage caused by misuse of the product.

Incidental damage resulting from product malfunction.

Products with tampered or missing "hologram sticker".
-
Damage or defect not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Products returned without original packaging, box, manufacturer’s materials, and all accessories initially included with the product.
